Content: The knife rack is such a lovely looking thing but its magnetism is extremely poor. It would not hold my knives. Very light knives even, just swivel and hang horizontally. It must be a faulty item, can you please replace it ?

Content: The knife rack that I purchased from Amazon does not have enough magnetic power to hold up my knives. A pair of scissors and a very small knife just spin and hang diagonally. This is not right. Can you replace the faulty item.. if it’s a rogue one . Hopefully, not all the racks have this fault..
